I’ve decided to do my own case study on Michael Cheney’s The Golden Thread. I will document my progress through the six week coaching course that Michael is providing. We are already underway so I will recap last week’s lessons.
The first step in the process was to get all the sites up and running. Michael has made this very easy to do with step by step instructions. I have a little bit of experience in getting domain names and hosting and setting up sites so this part was pretty easy for me but even the newest of newbies could follow along and if they did happen to get stuck at some point there is a 24/7 help desk support.

The next step was the affiliate products websites and they were very simple to set up as well. The next step will be the list building site and getting traffic.

There is also a fourth affiliate cash cannon for those who used the recommended hosting company. It is not required to use the hosting that Michael recommends and he is reimbursing a portion of the cost after the program is completed.
We are in the keyword research phase and it is also very quick and easy with the Golden Cash Compass software that he has had created for us to use. It targets the best keyword phrases to use. Michael also provides several videos on traffic as well as the weekly coaching seminars.
I have some more work to do picking out all my phrases for all my sites so I’ll post again when I’ve got that all done.
